Kappu Cha

About

The first "ti-presso" bar in Southern Russia

"Kappu Cha" is located in the Japanese Garden in Krasnodar. It's a "ti-presso" bar where the traditions of Japanese tea culture are combined with cutting-edge brewing technology. "Ti-presso" is an innovative method of brewing tea under pressure, adapted to the structure of the tea leaves. Thanks to the "ti-presso" machine and water filtration standards, each drink at "Kappu Cha" is a balance of taste, purity, and aroma. The menu includes tea-inspired versions of coffee classics: "ti-puccino," "longti," "latte," "milkte," "ti-presso" tonic, "ti-lemonade," and "bubble tea." The drinks are prepared by skilled baristas who carefully select the tea variety, temperature, pressure, and extraction time. The culinary foundation of the menu is "taiyaki" – a fish-shaped pastry filled with savory or sweet fillings. There are also cakes and desserts based on tea and "wagashi" (Japanese sweets), including: "Nerikiri" – molded sweets made from bean paste; "Ekan" – a light, translucent dessert made with agar; "Kimishiguri" – a delicate dessert made from egg yolks and beans. The name "Kappu Cha" comes from the Japanese words "kappu" (cup) and "cha" (tea). In Japanese, it can also express delight and surprise – and that perfectly captures the feeling of visiting the establishment. It's not just a bar; it's a part of a new tea culture.
