About

A modern restaurant that blends the Berlin techno vibe and freedom with Parisian elegance, vintage charm, hedonism, and respect for Georgian culture.

This project isn't based on templates, quotes, or reconstructions of Georgian cuisine, but rather on feelings and the language of the city – that's what Tbilisi feels like today. Here, everything that stays in your memory is present: freshly baked bread from a wood-fired oven, chacha (Georgian brandy) served in clay jugs with a spoonful of adjika (spicy paste), the intensity of spices, and the evening air filled with the smoke from the grill. The classics remain recognizable on the menu, but presented in a new way, while the cocktail list is built around images – people and events that have left their mark on Georgian culture. In the center of the room is a wood-fired oven, and the interior features German lighting fixtures, antique furniture, textiles, and ceramics from Tbilisi. The walls, windows, and mirrors are adorned with paintings by the artist Roma Peeks, whose works are exhibited at the Tretyakov Gallery. And in the basement, where the restaurant's restrooms are located, there's a completely different atmosphere – neon lights, techno music, and a metal vibe. Here, the music of Nene sounds different: loud and danceable.
