Myaso & Ryba
About
A steakhouse and fish restaurant combined, with a menu based on high-quality, locally sourced products. Concept by: Sergey Mironov Moscow Restaurant Description: "Myaso & Ryba," a restaurant owned by restaurateur and restaurant consultant Sergey Mironov, has opened on the third floor of the Riviera shopping center. It is the largest restaurant to open in Moscow since the beginning of the economic crisis, boasting two floors, 1700 square meters, and 500 seats. The two-story space is divided into three areas: a main dining area, a banquet hall with 104 seats, and a children's area with 82 seats, plus a summer terrace and panoramic windows – a rare feature for a restaurant located in a shopping center. The interior design was created by the architectural firm DBA-Group. The main concept of this new establishment is to combine a steakhouse and a fish restaurant. This successful combination already exists in two other restaurants within the same group, both also located in shopping centers (Afimall City and Kuntsevo Plaza). Sergey Mironov plans to expand this concept by opening nine more restaurants in Moscow and 30 in other regions. The "Myaso & Ryba" menu focuses on meat and fish, both sourced domestically. Beef from grain-fed cattle is supplied by "Miratorg," while fresh fish and seafood are delivered from Kamchatka, Yakutia, and Murmansk. The menu features over 100 dishes, including appetizers, salads, soups, meat, fish, seafood, and desserts. The menu is extensive and designed for consistency and high quality: if a guest orders wild salmon and crab tartare today, they can expect the same quality three years from now. Recommended dishes: Wild salmon and crab tartare with avocado (890 rubles), farmer's beef tartare with stracciatella, anchovies, and egg yolk (590 rubles), Kamchatka crab salad with grapefruit (690 rubles), beef cheeks braised in kvass with vegetables (960 rubles), the signature Mironoff steak (1990 rubles), wild salmon steak (1390 rubles), Beluga steak with honey and ginger (1390 rubles), Kamchatka crab legs with coconut milk and cheese (1960 rubles), meringue roll with fresh raspberries and pistachios (540 rubles), "Black Forest" cake (490 rubles), and a whole farmer's catfish, smoked before being served, for just 990 rubles. The kitchen is managed by Sergey Mironov, the owner of the group, and chef Sergey Lobachev (formerly of "Grusha" and "Ts.D.L."). The pastry chef is Elena Anurina (formerly of White Rabbit), and the barista is Roman Suslin. The bar offers a selection of spirits, while the wine list features 250 wines from France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Australia, and Russia, as well as port wines and sherries.
