This is an everyday meat restaurant where they prepare meat in all its forms and using every available method, including smoking in a smoker, baking in a wood-fired oven, and grilling.

The restaurant project, created by restaurateur Mikhail Petukhov, revolves around meat in all its variations. They serve marbled beef from Voronezh, Dagestani lamb, and Cherkess lamb, as well as farm-raised poultry and even game, with plans to constantly expand the selection. To showcase this variety, the restaurant features a wood-fired oven, a custom grill, and a large smoker. However, the restaurant doesn't limit itself to just grilling. Chef Dmitry Zonov (Smoke BBQ, Bibirevo, The Waiters, Beluga) offers dishes like veal tongue with tonnato sauce and fried anchovies, elk carpaccio with crispy capers, borscht with smoked brisket from a Bryansk bull, and a steak that combines venison with elk meat.

The hot dishes on the menu are categorized by cooking method. From the smoker, you'll find brisket with bourbon-infused pickles, pork or beef ribs, and a half duck for two. From the oven, there are four types of pizza with a long-fermented dough, flounder with herbs, or a lamb shoulder for a group. And from the grill, you can enjoy steaks, kebabs, and burgers.

A separate section is dedicated to dumplings and pierogi, filled with various ingredients, which are handcrafted by skilled cooks right in the open kitchen of the main dining area.

The main menu is called "The Meat Menu," reflecting both the restaurant's name and a logical progression: the meat menu, the wine menu, and the cocktail menu.

The restaurant also has a meat shop where you can purchase meat delicacies made in-house, as well as sauces, spices, semi-finished products, and steaks, all without the restaurant's markup.

Chef pastry chef Alexander Batischev (Strana Kotoroy Net, White Rabbit, Oltremare, Artest) is responsible for the large dessert display. It features classic tarts, éclairs, bird's milk cake, tiramisu, and the "Flight" cake, as well as a wide selection of homemade cookies and tartlets.

The wine list is divided into two main sections. "Stay Home, It's Delicious Here" features over thirty labels for connoisseurs of the best Russian wines, while "Cross Borders, No Visas Needed!" offers wines from other countries, primarily from the Old World.

The restaurant's interior is the creation of the Krivtsova&Redina studio. It features four separate dining areas, each with its own unique design and atmosphere, but all are decorated in warm, natural tones. The meticulously designed interior, with its clear zoning, custom-made chandeliers, and numerous details, creates a sense of comfort without being overwhelming. The focus remains on the food and the atmosphere.

"The Meat Menu" is primarily a local and home-style establishment. Located near the Garden Ring, it offers a peaceful, welcoming, and warm environment.
