This new and promising format for public spaces aims to bring together residents as guests and local projects as providers. "Local" is a hybrid space offering a range of options: a restaurant, a co-working space, a children's area, an event venue, a wine bar, and a regular bar. The core idea is that, as Moscow continues to expand and remote work becomes increasingly prevalent, city residents are increasingly choosing to stay within their own neighborhoods rather than traveling to the city center. However, to date, few neighborhoods can boast a sufficient number of suitable places to cater to this need. Developing public leisure spaces for city residents outside the Boulevard Ring is a new and important trend in urban planning.
