The first restaurant offering authentic, original cuisine from the Caucasus, based on recipes passed down through generations.

All the dishes are meticulously recreated based on recipes passed down to our head chef, Biso Chechenov. We strive to present the dishes in a way that is faithful to the original, but with a modern interpretation. We use ingredients sourced from the regions where the dishes originate. Lamb is sourced exclusively from Karachay-Cherkessia. Dairy products come from the mountain peaks of Mount Elbrus (Kabardino-Balkaria), trout is brought in from North Ossetia, herbs and spices are sourced from Dagestan, and flour and grains come from the Stavropol region.
