Mechta

A cafe on the waterfront in Yoshkar-Ola, offering beautiful views of the river, with breakfast served all day, hot chocolate, filter coffee, and fresh pastries. The cafe also features a marketplace where you can find interesting books from contemporary publishers.

"Mechta" cafe is the eighth project of the "Eto po lyubvi" restaurant group in Yoshkar-Ola. The team conceived of the idea back in 2018, when they were just starting to develop the culinary scene in the region. After gaining experience and assembling a team, "Mechta" was born – a cozy cafe with a hot chocolate bar, breakfast served all day, and a marketplace featuring contemporary literature. This is a welcoming place with a story. The opening featured a charity book market, which helped raise 200,000 rubles for the "Adults for Children" foundation.
