The core concept: "Happy stories about bread."

The branding was developed in collaboration with the LINII GROUP agency and is imbued with deep meaning – memories associated with bread. The logo, menu design, and other materials that come into the hands of the guest are designed according to a "bookish" concept, featuring a classic typeface and elements of book culture: pages, headers, and paragraphs. The interior of "Flour and Apron" is all about aesthetics and taste. The ingenious idea of openings shaped like loaves of bread comes from the design studio STUDIO SHOO. The backs of the sofas are shaped like Savoiardi cookies, and the cracked lamps above the tables resemble crusty bread fresh from the oven. Warm tones, silk textures, milky colors, and references to baked goods in the furniture elements create a warm and cozy atmosphere. The "Flour and Apron" cafe-bakery offers European cuisine. We have a special love for breakfast, which we serve all day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Fluffy pancakes, cottage cheese pancakes from a local producer, waffles, crepes, and a variety of sandwiches are available. You can enjoy a meal at the cafe, take food to go for a picnic, or order delivery to your home. At "Flour and Apron," you'll always find the aroma of freshly baked goods, croissants, and coffee.
