The new Lunasole restaurant, from the "Polana Restaurant Company," located on Novo-Sadovaya Street, offers a gastronomic journey through the countries of the Mediterranean, with their rich history and vibrant flavors. Lunasole stands out with its unique concept, bold experiments, and special atmosphere. The menu features famous Neapolitan and Sicilian pizzas, an abundance of seafood, and specialties from Greek, Italian, and Turkish cuisine. Lunasole (Luna + Sole): a restaurant where two elements meet – the Moon and the Sun. Here, shadow and light, tranquility and energy, feminine and masculine energies merge in harmony. The restaurant's concept is based on the idea of multiculturalism, reflecting the gastronomic traditions and history of the peoples of Greece, Italy, Sicily, Turkey, and Israel. This opens up endless possibilities for experimenting with flavors, and provides guests with an excellent opportunity to experience the diverse cuisines of the Mediterranean region. The concept was developed by Yevgenia Kruchinina, Director of Strategic Marketing and Development, and Roman Vavilin, Founder and CEO of the "Polana Restaurant Company." The head chefs of Lunasole are Yevgeny Gurin and Andrey Rogachev, while Ilya Ivanov is the head pastry chef. Yevgeny Gurin is the curator of the culinary academy, a winner of local culinary competitions and festivals, and the creative inspiration and menu creator for restaurants managed by the "Polana Restaurant Company," including "Gde Nas Net," "Rusiko," "Hokku," "Dom Nino," "Patari," and others. Andrey Rogachev has served as the regional head chef for restaurants within the "Polana Restaurant Company," including "Percini," "Percini na ogne," "Chuchvara, mangal i pechi," and "People's."
