About
A mentor and chef from Milan, Andrea Galli, who holds two Michelin stars, taught him the fundamentals of cooking and innovative techniques. Alexei worked as a sous chef at the "Pepperoni" restaurant under Galli. He honed his creativity in the kitchen under the guidance of Michel Laug. Subsequently, he worked as a sous chef at Fox Lodge and Travel Cafe. He completed internships in Italy at Luna and in France at the Les Jardin de sens restaurant (two Michelin stars).
He began his career as a head chef 12 years ago at the "Limoncino" restaurant.
At the age of 17, Alexei made a firm decision to become a chef and dedicate his life to culinary arts. He enrolled in a culinary school, where he learned the basics of cooking. Afterward, he chose to specialize in European cuisine and its traditional methods of working with ingredients.
