"Livingston" is a unique restaurant that combines the cuisines of Africa and the Middle East: Morocco, Tanzania, Tunisia, South Africa, Israel, and Lebanon. The menu features Moroccan Harira soup, Tanzanian lamb pilaf, Turkish simit bread, Lebanese Sfih pastries, Israeli hummus and tabbouleh, kebabs, baklava, and a wide selection of grilled dishes and seafood. The extensive wine list at "Livingston" includes wines from all the major wine-producing countries, with a particular focus on wines from the New World, especially those from South Africa and Morocco. The purpose of any journey is not the destination, but the ability to see the world in a different way: to walk along protected paths, to feel like a grain of sand in the desert, and to meet your true self. The restaurateur, Evgeny Reimer, together with his project partner, Alexander Rozentsvaig, a Samara businessman and traveler, have found a way to travel without leaving their hometown. The "Livingston" restaurant is a portal to the heart of the African continent. The restaurant features a unique collection assembled by Alexander Rozentsvaig, the likes of which can be seen at the Museum of Natural History in New York. Our restaurant has a guide who will introduce you to all the exhibits and immerse you in the atmosphere of a journey through the African continent. The restaurant has 5 zones, located on different levels, and as guests travel through it, they discover something new in each room. "Livingston" features the first Chef's Table, not only in Samara but also in the Volga region. Dinners in the Chef's Table format add fuel to the fire of the vivid emotions of our dear guests.
