An exquisite Uzbek restaurant from the culinary alliance Novikov Group & Family Garden.

The restaurant's brand chef, Ruslan Italmazov, has created a menu designed to allow guests to experience the rich heritage of Uzbek traditions and enjoy an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Guests can expect authentic recipes and perfectly executed masterpieces of Uzbek cuisine. The Lali menu offers a wide variety of Uzbek dishes: "naryn" with a rich broth, tender "vuguri," "kazan-kebab" that melts in your mouth, "kovurma lagman," "manti" with a flavorful broth, and, of course, the incomparable "samsa," presented in three variations. Especially for Lali, secrets for preparing perfect meat dishes were brought from ancient Bukhara, including "balaza" soup, "bodomi" samsa, lamb liver with "kurdyuk" (fat), and the most succulent "Napoleon" and "Uch Panja" kebabs. In Khorezm, the best national recipes for preparing fish were found, such as "sudar" (pike perch) in batter. And "plov," a true symbol of Uzbekistan and a dish on the UNESCO World Heritage list, is prepared according to the authentic traditions of Uzbekistan's regions. The restaurant also features an extensive wine list, offering both legendary French wines like Dom Perignon and Moet & Chandon, as well as more affordable but highly-rated selections from Uzbekistan, Georgia, Russia, Italy, Australia, and other countries. The restaurant's interior is decorated in sky-blue and sandy tones, and features a harmonious blend of natural textures and colorful "lyagan" (ceramic bowl) patterns, creating an atmosphere of a true Eastern fairytale. The new Lali restaurant can accommodate 370 guests: 224 seats in the main dining room, and 146 on the open-air terrace, which offers stunning panoramic views of the coastline. In addition, there is a VIP room for intimate gatherings of 10-12 guests, with a private balcony. The next Lali restaurant will open in Voronezh.
