The restaurant's menu is based on recipes and flavors from all regions of Georgia, executed using modern techniques in the chef's unique interpretation.

At "Kvevri," the history of an ancient Russian city is surprisingly combined with the vibrant flavors of Georgian cuisine. Guests will be delighted by the restaurant's updated concept and original menu, refined by Chef Ruslan Korshenko, a semi-finalist on the popular television show "Young Knives." Classic Georgian dishes have been reinterpreted and given a personal touch. In the new menu, the chef emphasizes the combination of modern culinary trends and traditional flavors. The "Kvevri" kitchen operates according to the principles of conscious production and consumption, with a "zero waste" approach, where the same ingredients are used in multiple dishes to minimize waste.
