Si, mamma is located on Rozhdestvenskaya Street, in the space formerly occupied by the Avgust cafe, completely transforming the space and filling it with soft light and a warm atmosphere. The interior features light colors, rounded furniture, and natural materials. White tablecloths, cream-colored chairs, and wooden panels create a sense of calm and comfort – essential in a modern city environment. The space is decorated with vibrant decorative panels depicting Italian feasts – pizzas and fruits – creating an atmosphere of lively yet cozy dining.

The menu is based on beloved Italian classics, prepared with attention and respect for tradition. Si, mamma features Pinci's signature wood-fired oven, which gives dishes made with dough a special character, and makes the pizza light and airy. The dough retains the same philosophy as Pinci – long fermentation, proper moisture content, and the use of fire as the primary tool. The menu includes chicken pâté with cherries, a duet of tuna and langoustine tartare, a salad with Parmesan, roasted beets, and raspberries, a salad with roast beef and truffle sauce, bell peppers with tuna and aquachile, and a green salad with shrimp. Among the hot dishes is a rich cacciucco with seafood. The pizza section includes mortadella with stracciatella and pistachio sauce, a classic Margherita, and pear-gorgonzola. The pasta selection includes vibrant spaghetti with vongole and bottarga.

Every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Si, mamma offers a chance to start the day the Italian way – warm, cozy, and with unlimited prosecco. The breakfast menu includes ricotta pancakes with cherries and Greek yogurt, oven-baked eggs with shrimp or with Pinci's signature nduja, as well as roasted sweet peppers, scrambled eggs with truffle and Parmesan, potato pancakes with egg and mortadella.
