"KOZHURA" Bistro in the Fish Village, Kaliningrad

"KOZHURA" bistro offers high-quality street food, using products from local farmers and fishermen. We are located in the heart of Kaliningrad, in the Fish Village. We cater to tourists and locals who want to enjoy a quick, delicious, and balanced meal in a cozy and comfortable setting. The signature dish, which gives the project its name, is a large baked potato with its skin on. The potato is baked in an oven, then cut open, and topped with farm-fresh butter and salt. We offer a variety of local specialties to choose from, such as: Baltic sprat, smoked bream (a real hit – you won't find this everywhere!), Königsberg meatballs, farm cheese, and slow-cooked goose. For discerning palates, we offer exquisite options like black truffle and Parmesan, or eel with guacamole. The dish is incredibly delicious, healthy, and filling. Our menu prices reflect the use of high-quality ingredients. We work with local farmers and fishermen, selecting only the best. All our sauces are homemade – you won't find any industrial mayonnaise or similar products here. Our portions are generous: 400-520 grams. One of the menu's hits is the crab shawarma, which has already gained popularity at leading street food establishments and in our first project, the MORECA restaurant. At the bistro, we've slightly modified it by adding shrimp and guacamole, giving this familiar dish a new flavor. The menu also includes soups, raw pelamida (a type of fish), french fries, sweet potato fries with Parmesan, and mini-chebureks (a type of savory pastry) filled with cod. We also offer excellent coffee, signature lemonades in stylish jars, beer, and ciders.
