A small coffee shop and pastry shop in western Moscow, with a touch of French flair.

We initially sought to define ourselves within narrow boundaries and a strict concept of a single cuisine, but we discovered something more: a blend of cultures and a pursuit of the best possible flavors. And above all, a deep and boundless love for our craft and our guests. However, we still retain a subtle hint of French influence, as our signature dessert is the macaron. Have you tried macarons with bacon and maple syrup? Or with goat cheese and honeysuckle? Interesting flavor combinations are our specialty. And we also believe that there's no such thing as too much cheese! We use a wide variety of cheeses from local farmers in our desserts and breakfasts. We also value simplicity. Our farmer's cheese pancakes are made with fresh cheese, a pinch of sugar and flour, vanilla, and an egg. And our ice cream is made with cream, vanilla, and condensed milk. This philosophy applies to everything we do: simplicity, pure flavors, and nothing extra. We even make the syrups for our specialty drinks ourselves, ensuring complete control over the ingredients.
