ENO Bistro

A countryside restaurant from Folk Team and VINICOM, offering wild game cuisine and a curated wine selection, located just 30 minutes from the center of Moscow.

This elegant project, a collaboration between the Folk Team restaurant group and VINICOM, combines the aesthetics of a modern hunting lodge with the atmosphere of travel, relaxation rituals, and time spent in nature. The restaurant's ambiance and interior design are perfectly in tune with its surroundings – one of the most cozy and picturesque areas of the Moscow region. The building was originally designed as a residence, which is why the chosen style – a quiet wine bar in a country house – feels so natural here. The interior design was created by the architectural firm Aesthetic.

This unique countryside format brings together a bistro and a wine bar, featuring innovative cuisine from chef Eduard Sorokovikov and an extensive wine list curated by head sommelier Irina Sazonova.

The kitchen concept emphasizes artisanal ingredients. The "Foraging. Hunting. Farming" menu is the result of extensive and meticulous work, allowing ENO Bistro to offer an impressive selection of products: wild game, locally sourced fish, seasonal fruits, farm-fresh vegetables, and herbs straight from the garden.

And the chef's unique approach transforms each ingredient into a unique culinary experience.
