About

A restaurant featuring innovative cuisine with a focus on seafood, and interiors inspired by the fairy tale "The Tale of Tsar Saltan."

Located in a historic building, almost as old as A.S. Pushkin, and holding the status of a regional cultural heritage site, the restaurant brings Pushkin's fairy tales to life. Within these historic walls, you'll find exquisite European cuisine with a seafood emphasis, led by one of Siberia's leading culinary experts, Alexei Fokin. The restaurant's philosophy is based on the impeccable freshness and quality of its ingredients. Therefore, in our hidden aquarium, you'll find a selection of live oysters, the most delicate scallops, and exotic sea urchins, waiting for you to choose. The chef uses locally sourced ingredients at their peak season, blending French classic techniques with Asian flavors to achieve the most vibrant taste, highlighting the quality of the product. We maintain a focus on elegant presentation and minimalism. However, the true magic of "Prince Gvidon" is not only experienced through taste. The restaurant's interiors come alive with recognizable elements from Pushkin's beloved fairy tale. Every detail, from the carefully calibrated lighting to the noble textures of the materials, emphasizes the uniqueness of the establishment. The hand-painted walls are a source of particular pride, creating a unique artistic effect. The image of a graceful swan, depicted as flowing waves, and the marine scenes on the windows, create an atmosphere where every detail tells a story and immerses you in a world of magic. The restaurant is infused with the spirit of the fairy tale: swan-shaped coin banks, collectible plates for serving, and signature cocktails such as "Golden Needle," "Tsarskoye Selo," "Neither Son nor Daughter," and "Farewell, Golden Fish." And in the restrooms, you'll hear the fairy tale "The Tale of Tsar Saltan" playing.
