A three-story seafood restaurant, "Klevo" by Novikov, has opened in the Marine Port. Each floor features a unique design concept with a different atmosphere, color scheme, and character. The idea is to provide guests with an extraordinary experience, allowing them to discover new facets of a beloved place. The first floor is a vibrant, port-side restaurant. White curtains billow in the sea breeze, checkered tablecloths add a splash of color, and the abundance of greenery creates a striking contrast. The bar sparkles with glasses and gleaming bottles, and the open kitchen, featuring a bright red Grillvet wood-fired oven, allows you to watch your order being prepared. This space is perfect for lively conversations, laughter, and warm gatherings. Let's move on. A dynamic, winding staircase leads to the second floor. Like a wave, it carries you towards new impressions. Only forward, only upward! Here, the southern sky unfolds above you. The second floor is bathed in soft light that streams through a high glass dome. Sunbeams dance on olive trees, glossy tableware, patterned fabrics, and are reflected in the bohemian chandelier. Natural colors and materials create the perfect backdrop for colorful paintings, art objects, and handcrafted furniture. Each item has its own story, and time seems to slow down and become peaceful. The third floor offers breathtaking views of the sea. The marine horizon and incredible sunsets are an exclusive design detail that changes every day. Woven furniture, plenty of wood, and nautical stripes create a perfect setting for a romantic date or a gathering with a large group. There's also a stage for performers, with live music on weekends. If there's one place where you can truly feel connected to the sea, it's definitely the third floor of "Klevo." The concept of "Klevo" is Mediterranean cuisine, characterized by simple yet vibrant flavors. The team's main principle has been to source exclusive, fresh seafood since 2017. In Sochi, this is perfectly complemented by Black Sea specialties. "Klevo" is where all the best things come together. The head chef will be Alexey Gavrilin, a chef with 20 years of experience, and a student of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine masters Valentino Bontempi, Carlo Greco, and Giuseppe Davi. Alexey has been instrumental in shaping the project for several years, having worked at the flagship "Klevo" on Petrovka and the renowned Usachevsky Market. The chef's team constantly experiments with the menu to highlight the uniqueness of the seafood. Fish, caviar, oysters, crab, sea urchin – we love these marine delicacies for their delicate, mineral flavor. The menu features expressive sauces and various cooking methods: grilling, wood-fired oven, hot pans, baking in salt, and a raw bar. The salads and side dishes are carefully selected to complement the main courses. The extensive wine list offers the perfect glass to pair with the seafood and make even a weekday lunch a celebration. After all, every day in Sochi is a taste of "dolce vita."
