ABOUT "DELPHIN AND MERMAID" The menu focuses on Black Sea traditions and local ingredients, with the chef's unique interpretation. Dishes include chicken liver pâté with seasonal berries, beef tartare with smoked Caucasian pear, spaghetti arrabiata with stracciatella cheese, pelengas fish with poached egg and potato gratin, and Black Sea mussels in a creamy truffle sauce. Here, every gourmet will find a dish to their liking. We especially recommend the large green salad for women – it's a vitamin powerhouse with minimal calories. In addition, the cafe is known for its scenic breakfasts, which include a complimentary glass of sparkling wine to set the mood.
