The heart of the "Kitchen" restaurant is a massive eight-ton oven. Everything is cooked here using wood – from pizza and bread to meat and fish dishes. Some dishes are slow-cooked in the oven for 6, 12, or even 18 hours, developing a distinctive aroma of a traditional wood-fired oven. The oven allows for various cooking methods: slow-cooking, roasting, and baking – we use all the techniques! We truly love meat and prepare it not only in the oven but also on the grill. We use sous vide and marinades to ensure the meat is incredibly tender and showcases all the subtle flavors and nuances. Another unique feature of our establishment is the open kitchen, where guests can witness the cooking process firsthand. The kitchen is like a theatrical stage, and the chefs are the actors. Our tasting dinners are particularly popular, where the chefs not only demonstrate the cooking process but also explain the gastronomic features of their creations. The restaurant was conceived and operates with a focus on the most important element – the kitchen. The name "Kitchen" translates directly to "Kitchen" in English, and we welcome you: for breakfast, starting at 8:00 AM, for a set lunch menu from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, for gourmet dinners with guest chefs or under the guidance of our head chef.
