IZAKAYA

IZAKAYA – Japanese traditions in the heart of the world's coldest city. In our project, we aimed to recreate the warm atmosphere of Japan to bring comfort to the people of Yakutsk and instill a sense of eternal spring in their hearts.

IZAKAYA is a restaurant and bar offering affordable prices, where you can relax, eat, drink, and even sing your favorite songs with a large group, or enjoy a fun time with your closest friends after a long day of work. The menu is the result of a collaboration with Andrey Li, the best chef in Crimea in 2018, who previously served as the head chef at three restaurants in the Mriya resort and SPA, a 14-time winner of the "Best Luxury Wellness Resort in the World" award, and who trained under the Japanese chef Takashi Nogami. Our cuisine is a blend of Pan-Asian flavors, adapted to the tastes of the people of Yakutsk, combined with traditional international cuisine that has become deeply ingrained in the culinary preferences of our compatriots. The bar menu is also extensive and can satisfy the interests of even the most discerning guest. We offer traditional cocktails with a unique presentation, as well as unconventional signature cocktails and shots. IZAKAYA is a beautiful place with affordable prices and a high level of service.
