About

Eastern Hospitality with a View on Bersenevskaya Embankment

Kilim is a restaurant offering a picturesque view of the Christ the Savior Cathedral and Bersenevskaya Embankment. The project team has incorporated the vibrant flavors and traditions of the East into the menu, combining them with the trends of modern gastronomy. And, of course, they haven't forgotten the most important ingredients: comfort and hospitality. The restaurant's summer terrace is intended to become another popular spot for Moscow residents. In the restaurant's menu, the extensive experience and love for Eastern cuisine of the two chefs are reflected in both classic dishes and new creations. Key dishes include: lamb and seafood dumplings, mini-chebureks with beef (also with a seafood variation), "lyuli-dog" – a combination of traditional lyuli kebab with a brioche bun, "Moscow-Samarkand" pilaf, which will mentally transport you on a journey along the Silk Road, and, of course, a mezze platter to sample all the flavors of the East. The chefs have created a true "bread manifesto" in the menu and have developed a special section dedicated to variations on the theme of bread, a symbol of hospitality. Here you will find pide with beef, khachapuri with Imeretian cheese and figs, samosas with lamb or chicken, and Uzbek flatbreads baked in a tandoor oven according to a traditional recipe.
