About
"Tantsy food&people," a dance and culinary project by Evgenia Kachalova.
Moscow, Prechistenskaya Naberezhnaya, 15, building 2. Website: [Insert Website Here] Concept by: Evgenia Kachalova, Bazar Family. ABOUT THE RESTAURANT Evgenia Kachalova is a master of creating concepts that offer multiple experiences in one. It all started with a completely new format for Moscow: "Wine Markets." Evgenia proved that accessibility and personal taste are the new "black" in the culinary world, a departure from the focus on big brands. People visit Evgenia's establishments for the atmosphere and simple pleasures. The "Tantsy food&people" project is about people, food, and atmosphere. It's also about the energy of dance, which is life itself. Having established and demonstrated her unique concept, and becoming a separate project from the "Wine Markets," "Tantsy" embodies a philosophy of complete freedom, a fountain of emotions, and pure enjoyment. People come here to dance, sing, and celebrate until dawn. The experience is holistic, from the simple yet experimental menu to the carefully curated parties with dancing, vibrant music, and a dynamic lineup. Evgeny Nasyrov ("Yakor," Blanc cafe, "Michel," Café de Arts) is responsible for the culinary side of the project. In 2015, Evgeny represented Russia in Monaco, as part of the Russian-French culinary seasons. In 2016, he hosted a joint gala dinner with Laurent Andre (1 Michelin star) at the Le Grand hotel in Paris, as part of a Franco-Russian dialogue. The chef is known for his love of original presentations and spices. Evgeny uses unusual ingredients in familiar recipes. For example, hummus is made with eggplant, bruschetta is topped with eel, and several variations of shrimp preparations are featured in the appetizers. The compact menu offers tapas, finger food, wine pairings, and other dishes designed to encourage sharing and conversation. The project features a wide range of culinary styles, from European classics to Thai specialties. There's something for everyone on the menu, and for those who appreciate innovative cuisine, there are more sophisticated options. Denis Yurchenko, the brand sommelier, has curated the wine list with a focus on sparkling wines: plenty of bubbles for a dancing mood! There are over 20 varieties from all corners of the world. There isn't a traditional wine list, but rather a focus on the guest's preferences and taste. The staff is passionate about wine and will always recommend the perfect drink for you, regardless of your mood or what you're pairing it with. There's also a selection of cocktails, including popular choices like Aperol Cherry and the fruity Gin Sour Passion, which have been hits since the bar opened. But the heart of the experience is the dancing. You can dance all night long on Prechistenka. The project team is determined to change the habits of Moscow residents: if you're going to relax, do it with energy and enthusiasm, something memorable. "Tantsy" regularly hosts lively parties with live musicians and DJs, and the schedule is packed weeks in advance. On Tuesdays, there's authentic jazz played on vinyl, Wednesdays feature themed parties, Thursdays offer sophisticated house music, Fridays and Saturdays are dedicated to dancing until dawn, and Sundays feature live music performances on the street. As you can see, dancing happens here every day of the week, in all weather conditions, and to a variety of music. The project team repeats: "Dance is movement. Movement is life." Dance all night long and live with purpose. You are invited to join us today.
