The restaurant's name, am.pm (from the English "Ante Meridiem" and "Post Meridiem" – before and after noon), symbolizes the main idea of the project: early breakfasts seamlessly transition into late dinners. Inspired by their successful collaboration on the Rodina Moskva project, Artem Pastushenko and Aziz Safar took a logical step and created a joint venture. Driven by a shared passion for gastronomy and a commitment to perfection, the partners joined forces to open a restaurant that fully reflects their approach to culinary art and hospitality. The am.pm project opened in the area where Artem Pastushenko spent his childhood. This is why the restaurant's team emphasizes family values and the continuity of generations. In addition to international classics, the menu features recipes from Artem's beloved grandmother, Vera, which evoke a sense of homey comfort and warmth. This place was created with great love and attention to every detail, especially those on the plate. Aziz Safar is responsible for the gastronomic concept of the project – he is a proponent of simple dishes, perfected to the highest standards. He was born in Morocco, received his culinary education in France, and has lived and worked in Moscow for over 30 years. "I strive for perfection in everything, and for me, the most important thing is the quality of the product and the purity of the flavor. In this new project, we don't aim to surprise with complex combinations. We want to serve our guests delicious food every day and make them happy through the lens of gastronomy," notes Aziz Safar. Early breakfasts are served daily from 8 am and offer guests the freshest pastries: crispy croissants, a wide selection of breads and pastries. Classic breakfast staples are always on the menu: a variety of dishes made with farm-fresh eggs, signature variations of syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes) and porridge, as well as signature blini (thin pancakes). The menu is based on "À la minute" dishes, consisting of a minimal number of ingredients. Our favorites include Padrón peppers, vitello tonnato, and crudo of sea bass paired with farm-fresh tomatoes. The main courses focus on high-quality ingredients: Portuguese octopus, turbot with fennel and sage, quail roasted over an open flame, and lamb loin. The restaurant only collaborates with local farms, which allows them to offer guests the freshest and highest quality products. Located in the heart of the Golden Mile, the am.pm restaurant features a minimalist and elegant interior. Attention to detail permeates every aspect of the dining experience, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and comfort. Special attention has been paid to the tableware: all items were designed specifically for the restaurant. The restaurant also boasts a spacious summer terrace, which promises to become a major attraction in the area.
