The distinctive flavors of Southern gastronomy are recognizable in many parts of the world, but the use of various cooking techniques gives even the most ordinary ingredients a new lease on life. Bright and spicy, rich and incredibly fresh, intriguing and unexpected – these are just some of the words that describe not only Southern cuisine, but also the people who bring you this experience.

Our panoramic restaurant offers modern Southern cuisine, a wide selection of wines, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service. We create dishes using various techniques that are designed to surprise and challenge expectations, carefully pairing them with wines, and providing a welcoming atmosphere with stunning city views.

We strive to avoid the ordinary and the commonplace, offering an experience that is warm, fun, cozy, and stylish. Life is too short to spend it on things that don't bring positive emotions or expand your horizons.

Chef Sergey Khryanyan. World Skills Russia, champion among young chefs under 23. Current member of the World Skills Russia team. Competed at the World Championships in Abu Dhabi, placing in the top 30 chefs. Silver medalist at Chef a la Russe 2016.
