Jane

The Jane pop-up restaurant, located in the Marco Polo hotel in the heart of Patriarch's Ponds, is based on the Supper Club concept – a traditional format of exclusive "social and dining clubs" popular in England and the United States.

CLOSED The style is unique and unconventional, but stepping into Jane evokes images of Scotland, the tweed fashion, and the misty Albion. The ceilings are lowered with fabric panels, the windows are recessed to create private areas for couples, and the soft acoustics and diverse zoning contribute to the atmosphere. The "fabric" motif is a continuation of the overall theme of the Marco Polo project, with stylish upholstered furniture found almost everywhere. All the historical elements that were originally in the room have been preserved in their original locations, but have been covered with textured plaster in the color of wet asphalt. The floor is dark, reminiscent of English pubs, and the ceiling is adorned with elegant crystal chandeliers. The menu also follows the principle of constant change, with updates every season. The brand chef, Anton Kovalov, introduces a new theme related to travel each season. This theme can be explored in two different spaces: in the Jane restaurant, through the menu and collaborations, and in the Late CheckOut bar, through themed cocktails, unique playlists, and events. The theme for the third season is Italy.
