IGRIK Bar & Yoga is a place where you can combine pleasure with benefit: improve your body and enjoy wine. It's a modern space designed for beautiful relaxation. Some people will enjoy yoga, others will enjoy wine. Or, why not both? Many people have already thought, "Hooray, this is for me!" IGRIK was conceived as a place without stereotypes, where no one will judge. A place where you are seen with your heart, not just your eyes. A place where you can live in the present moment and truly enjoy it. The space is very intimate: the bar has only 20 seats, and the yoga studio has 12. This creates the atmosphere of a private club.

The wine bar focuses on sparkling wines and unique snacks. The wine list features over 40 labels of organic wines from small producers. The selection is carefully curated. More than a dozen wines are available by the glass, and the price of champagne is very reasonable. In the mornings, they serve original breakfasts (no extreme healthy living), fresh juice blends, and specialty coffee.

"IGRIK" offers farm-fresh cheeses from the Leningrad region, fish and meat prepared in the tataki style, and hummus served with tartine on sourdough bread. The menu includes hot dishes ranging from carrots to steak. Throughout the day, you can enjoy vegan candies and cakes from the "Kultura" factory.

Wine yoga is also available. Every Friday and Saturday. "IGRIK" is the first studio in Russia to offer this type of class on a regular basis. During the class, participants drink a glass or two of wine to relax and boost dopamine levels. Some doctors even say it's more beneficial. The goal of these classes is to bring a friendly and festive atmosphere to the world of yoga. And to compare how you feel before and after the class. Many potential attendees express anxiety about their first visit to the studio, feeling awkward because they don't know anyone. One guest commented, "I just don't usually go to yoga, but with sparkling wine, it's a different story." The yoga studio offers almost a dozen different styles: from popular Hatha and Vinyasa to partner Tantra classes and Yoga Sculpt classes – a combination of Hatha yoga with anaerobic exercise and weights.
