About

"Grillazh" is a place where fire resides. Fire and warmth accompany guests throughout their meal, both in the interior design and in the welcoming atmosphere provided by the staff.

The creators of "Delmar Family," Maxim and Anfisa Yeremenko, initially focused "Grillazh" on local residents. They immediately decided that it would be a very family-friendly establishment. As a result, the two-story restaurant quickly added a children's playroom, and nannies and animators joined the team. It turned out that all of this was in high demand. The venue was immediately popular with couples and families with children, who to this day choose this restaurant with its distinguished ambiance and special atmosphere for their family meals and celebrations.

Only "Grillazh" within the "Delmar Family" has a particularly endearing nickname – it's called "Grisha." What does this signify? It speaks volumes about the great love that the creators and the project team have for it. Grisha turned out to be a kind, sincere, and clever child. He grew quickly, and even more rapidly developed. Shortly after the main hall opened, "Grillazh" naturally acquired two impressive spaces on the second floor: "Grillazh Hall" and "Grillazh Dance." "Grillazh Hall" is perfect for those who want something intimate and secluded. This charming space for 10-30 people is completely self-contained, with a separate entrance, its own children's play area, a restroom, and an individual karaoke system. This closed-club format guarantees that everything that happens in "Grillazh Hall" stays in "Grillazh Hall."

"Grillazh Dance" is a stunning space where the project creators combined French and English classics, the aesthetics of a loft, a touch of ruggedness, and romance. In addition to top-of-the-line concert equipment, it has everything needed to showcase the food preparation process, interact with each guest, and answer questions. This combination of a chef's table and an open kitchen allows you to peek behind the scenes of the restaurant and see how the team of chefs works and creates haute cuisine. The perfect lighting, the abundance of velvet in the most daring shades, and the art objects – these decorations in the style of Wes Anderson multiply the feeling of celebration. In essence, it's your personal restaurant. You can dance, sing, and host weddings, presentations, press dinners, and coffee breaks. By the way, in 2023, the "Grillazh Dance" hall introduced another unique format for Sochi: literary gastronomic dinners from the "Food for the Mind" series. The instant sell-out of tickets for this format proves that "Delmar Family" has once again hit the mark.

Ultimately, the essence of "Grillazh" is its expressive cuisine. For 10 years, the restaurant has remained true to itself, offering guests meticulously crafted combinations of vegetables and meat, excellent pates, fish, and salads. There's also an original take on Caucasian gastronomy, breathtaking desserts, and a wine list perfected to the highest standard. Special attention is paid to young gourmands – from the very beginning, "Grillazh" has offered a special menu for them, which is updated along with the main menu. Children appreciate this approach – those who were brought to the restaurant as toddlers now come here for lunch after school on their own. Is that not love? More eloquent than a thousand words is the very fact that every last Sunday of the month, there's a children's show here, and tickets are sold out in 10 minutes.
