The author of this ambitious project is Georgiy Khvistani, the owner of London Restaurant Group (LRG), the largest restaurant holding company on the Black Sea coast. The project is managed by Evgeny Yasinsky, who has been working at LRG since 2009. He has assembled a team of professionals capable of anticipating the culinary desires of any guest. Behind the bar is Artem Talalay, a finalist of *Diageo World Class 2019*. Bar London boasts an impressive collection of whiskies from Scotland, Ireland, the United States, Canada, Japan, and France. Guests have the unique opportunity to order varieties not listed on the menu and to store their own bottles in the bar, in a personal storage unit. Executive Chef Alexei Pavlov (Barceloneta), together with the talented chef Alexei Shilkin, have created a gastronomic menu based on seasonal products from southern Russia. It is a symbiosis of European traditions, global trends, and 21st-century innovations. The chefs have carefully developed the menu, ensuring that each dish is perfectly balanced in flavor and presentation. The interior of the new bar is designed according to the standards of the best London whisky bars, those that have made it onto The World's 50 Best Bars list. Future plans include regular visits from world-renowned bartenders, blind tasting events, and a food pairing menu. A membership system and dress code are in place.
