Green 28, a Pan-Asian restaurant on Bolshaya Zeleninaya Street, is the brainchild of restaurateur Andrey Pertsev (known for "Literra G" and Gringo). It offers a unique blend of popular Asian dishes served in a cozy, tropical atmosphere. The interior features two small rooms where two contrasting worlds coexist: a jungle theme and urban concrete, with tables made from aged wood and complemented by imperial porcelain. Guests can dine amidst banana trees and palm trees, enjoying views of St. Petersburg's historic architecture through decorative copper leaves on the windows.

The menu features specialties from Thailand, China, and Vietnam. Starters include fried spring rolls (e.g., with shrimp and lychee), dim sum with chicken, mushrooms, and crab, and ponzu with tuna. Don't miss the signature dishes: a Chinese wonton soup, spicy Tom Yam soup, Pad Thai with chicken or shrimp, and Chinese gun bao – fried chicken breast in batter with fresh cucumber and peanuts. The "wok builder" is another highlight, allowing you to customize your dish with various toppings like tofu, pork, duck, or crab, served with egg noodles, buckwheat noodles, quinoa, or rice with egg.

From the restaurant's opening until 6:00 PM, you can enjoy a hearty breakfast. The breakfast menu features approximately 20 items, including pancakes, porridge, toast, and bowls.

The bar menu at Green 28 focuses on tropical cocktails, enhanced with peach puree, yuzu, and coconut. Some interesting options include the "Jungle" cocktail, made with rum, pineapple juice, and Campari, or the "Lillet Mango Spritz" with vermouth, mango, and cava. The cocktails are reasonably priced, ranging from 390 to 490 rubles. The bar also offers sparkling wine, European wines, sake with pine nuts or exotic fruits, and stronger alcoholic beverages.
