The young and talented Alexey Naumov became a head chef at the age of 23. He worked as the brand chef for the street food project Kung Food Panda, and then joined the team of the Green 28 project led by Andrey Pertsev. He creates new dishes himself, reading a lot of literature and drawing inspiration from books by famous chefs. In 2022, he plans a trip to Thailand to further explore the fundamentals of this complex and fascinating cuisine.

In his free time, Alexey enjoys watching movies and TV series, as well as reading books. He is also very fond of growing plants.
