A modern cuisine restaurant with a strong focus on healthy eating and mindful consumption.
The restaurant's concept is based on the principles of conscious eating, so sugar, gluten, and lactose are not used in the preparation of dishes. Grasseria does not serve alcohol or meat, only fish and seafood. The cuisine is based on locally sourced products grown on farms in the Leningrad region. The menu is seasonal and updated every three months. The restaurant also strives to adhere to the Zero Waste concept – biodegradable disposable tableware is used for deliveries and takeout orders, waste is recycled, and vegetable scraps are used to make broths, powders, and jellies.
