After becoming a head chef at a restaurant in Ufa, Rudnitsky decided it was time to move on and relocated to St. Petersburg, where he once again worked his way up from a regular cook to a chef. Alexei worked at establishments such as "Dvorianskoe Gnezdo," "Schastye," Claret, WHotels, and Grasseria. He also owned and operated his own establishment for a time – the bar "Calcio Trattoria" in St. Petersburg, located on Yefimova Street.

Alexei Rudnitsky was born in the Komi Republic, in the city of Syktyvkar. Alexei is passionate about things that he describes as vast and unexplored. He is constantly seeking new experiences, setting new goals for himself, and pushing himself outside of his comfort zone.
