The Executive Chef is passionate about experimenting and travels extensively, which is why the menu at Cafe Claret is constantly evolving. Every week, during private tasting events called "Gastronomic Wednesdays," Alexander presents his new ideas to the team, and the best of them are immediately added to the menu. Roman Manzhukov is the curator of the wine and bar list at Cafe Claret. As befits a five-star hotel restaurant, the wine list is classic in style, with a focus on European producers with an impeccable reputation. Here, you'll find a wonderful selection of prestigious champagnes (Louis Roederer, Taittinger, Mumm, Dom Perignon), "recoltés," natural wines, and, of course, classics. Preference is given to small European wineries from the most renowned regions – Burgundy, Bordeaux, Provence, Veneto, Moselle, and Valencia. You can also discover Russian wines. At Cafe Claret, culinary experiences are complemented by music: every Thursday and Friday from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the restaurant hosts live music concerts featuring popular contemporary melodies.
