GIUSTO is a casual restaurant for neighbors and friends, embodying the motto "fast, simple, delicious," with a focus on classic Italian cuisine and a unique atmosphere characteristic of the Petrogradsky district.

GIUSTO is the latest addition to the italy&co. family, a group of restaurants celebrating Italian gastronomy. Other establishments in the group include Italy, Goose Goose, Salone pasta&bar, and Bist. GIUSTO aims to be a go-to spot for everyday dining, offering a straightforward Italian menu featuring pizza, pasta, and risotto, with a creative twist from Chef Igor Mikhailov and his team. The restaurant also features special menus created in collaboration with local producers and renowned chefs. Guests can also enjoy a selection of desserts and aromatic coffee, perfect for taking to the office or on the go. On Sundays, the restaurant hosts lively brunch events in collaboration with current projects, featuring unique musical performances, with culinary events planned six months in advance.

Tourists and residents from other parts of St. Petersburg experience this place differently. The Petrogradsky community often prefers to observe the bustling city center from a distance, creating their own world where everything is possible. We have tried to complement this world by creating a place where 'Petrograd residents' feel at home. They can stop by in the morning for a hot coffee and a croissant, during the day for a business meeting, or in the evening for a cocktail or a lively gathering with friends. GIUSTO has already assembled its own team of ambassadors, each representing a specific aspect of the Petrogradsky district. These are people who can be found in nearby shops or on the streets of the island. The team includes designer Yura Pitenin, host Mikhail Gendelev, creative producer of "Lenfilm" Natasha Frolova, TV presenter and blogger Katya Slavnaya, and artist Van Gee. These six individuals have not only become the faces of the restaurant's advertising campaign but are also creating their own unique stories and interactions with the project, which will be shared in the coming months.

The restaurant's interior is designed in a modern eclectic style, featuring classic Viennese chairs, floor tiles, velvet upholstery, plants from the Italian 70s, unframed contemporary paintings, concrete ceilings, and wooden floors from the Brutalist era. All these elements create a sense of unity and harmony, with every detail carefully considered.
