Giorgio Suluguni is a restaurant that blends Italian flair with Caucasian soul. It's the second project from restaurateur Alexander Pavlov, but no less significant. It's a new culinary destination in the Red Pole area.

This new cultural and culinary hotspot is located in the mountain cluster, amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the Red Pole resort. The place stimulates the appetite and sets the stage for a vibrant and enjoyable experience within the restaurant's walls.

Let's start with the interior. Black marble, natural leather, gold accents, subtle color highlights, and soft, diffused lighting. "A rich life is different," Giorgio Armani would say. He believed that clothing, accessories, and even the interior should be of the highest quality, primarily luxury class. Everything in "Giorgio Suluguni" reflects this philosophy: the assortment of khachapuri (cheese-filled bread) is served exclusively on designer gold platters, and the fragrant khachapuri baked in a wood-fired oven is presented on a crystal dish.

Now, let's move on to the kitchen. Here, guests are in for a real revelation. At the intersection of the khinkali (dumpling) vibe, the luxury of khachapuri, and Italian premium cuisine, you'll find incredibly delicious and satisfying dishes. Start with the spicy adjapsandali and the delicate vitello tonnato. Continue with the juicy khinkali and the crispy khachapuri grilled over charcoal. And for dessert, indulge in the light and airy tiramisu, made according to the recipe of Grandma Beatrice, or the traditional Napoleon cake from Aunt Nino. The pasta and pizza sections of the menu will make it easier for those who prefer classic Italian cuisine. The flavor palette is complemented by carefully selected wines from the best regions of the world.
