Modern, chef-driven cuisine, a well-stocked bar, ingredients sourced from their own farm, and stylish design – all in an unexpectedly central location.

It's safe to say that this is a restaurant featuring contemporary, innovative cuisine, led by Andrei Valkov. He masterfully works with textures and creates a perfect product using familiar ingredients. However, it's not as simple as it seems. The restaurant's menu is meticulously crafted, and key ingredients, such as pasta, are made in-house using products grown on a high-tech farm in the Vladimir region.

The farm is located in the village of Vologdino. The farm has 40 hectares of pastureland, a pond for waterfowl, and all the animals (ducks, broilers, guinea fowl, sheep of the classic Russian Romanov breed, and laying hens) are free-range for 8 months.
