Gavi Risorante

Gavi is the name of a world-renowned Italian white wine produced in Piedmont, in the northwest of the country. This new establishment is dedicated to this famous wine, the cuisine of northern Italy, and the region known for producing many delicious products. We offer you the opportunity to try classic Italian dishes with a modern twist, created by two talented chefs. We serve beef carpaccio with an artichoke salad, and raw sea bass with a leek pesto. Pizza, as is traditional, is made with a thin crust and a variety of toppings: in addition to the classic four cheeses, we offer honey-glazed pear, oyster mushrooms with veal, and mushrooms and truffles with Camembert. Our menu also features pasta with generous sauces, risotto, ravioli, and, as is customary in northern Italy, hearty main courses featuring seafood, fish, and meat. Complementing the exquisite dishes is a unique wine list, carefully curated by our sommelier to ensure perfect pairings. The list includes well-known wines from around the world, unique beverages from small family-run wineries, as well as a selection of organic and biodynamic wines. In addition, we offer several varieties of Gavi, the "pearl" of white wine production in northern Italy. The Gavi restaurant occupies three rooms of a mansion, and panoramic windows offer a stunning view of the renovated Iset River embankment. You can enjoy a romantic date by the fireplace, a business meeting in a private room, a lively dinner with family and friends, or a special family celebration.
