Neizvestny

"Neizvestny" is a bistro with a unique menu, located in the building where the family of the sculptor Ernst Neizvestny once lived.

The menu, created by chef Vadim Tomilin, features comfort food with breakfast and brunch options. The main menu is diverse, offering pasta dishes, duck and reindeer preparations. The chef's commitment to local ingredients allows him to create bold and seasonal tasting menus. The cocktails, designed by Nazar Kozubekov and Anastasia Kosulnikova, are inspired by the work of artists and are all made with organic ingredients.

Music is a central element of the experience. The bistro features vinyl records, and on Fridays and Saturdays, DJs and music curators perform. The outdoor terrace offers a unique urban space – a music library – for enjoying musical compositions.

The interior retains its original wooden detailing, and a wood-burning fireplace is lit during the winter months. Rotating exhibitions introduce guests to the works of contemporary artists.
