Chef Alexei Vaskovsky skillfully combines locally sourced, high-quality ingredients with traditional techniques and recipes, creating unique and flavorful compositions. The menu includes dishes such as muksun fish soup, crab salad with saffron aioli, duck borscht, black dumplings made with Siberian pike, and smoked omul fillet with a millet risotto. The restaurant's design was inspired by chess culture and the history of Russian chess victories. As a result, the interior features elements of chess aesthetics and geometry. For example, a prominent art piece is a queen made of hand-blown glass, and the table legs are reminiscent of the shapes of chess pieces.
