The Bazar Family restaurant group, owned by Yevgenia Kachalova, has taken on a new project. A bistro called "Les Français" has opened on Kuznetsky Most, offering modern French cuisine by Andrei Chetvertynov.

At "Les Français," everything is simple and straightforward. The focus is on using the best ingredients. A small number of ingredients, plenty of vegetables, fruits, fish, and seafood, and a focus on simplicity are the hallmarks of Andrei Chetvertynov's cooking. He has a background at Le Cordon Bleu, experience as a chef at Glenuill and KU:, and experience working in various countries around the world.

The menu is divided into three sections: appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The appetizers are all served in small portions and are cold: pates, terrines, salads, and snacks. The main courses, as you would expect, are all hot and substantial. Everything is based on seasonal ingredients and traditional French recipes, which means the menu will be updated frequently. This is modern French cuisine, not the classic version.

It's hard to imagine Yevgenia Kachalova's bars without wine – the restaurant group's team are undoubtedly its biggest fans. The bistro's wine list is carefully curated, featuring interesting specialties from France, as well as the best varieties from around the world. In total, there are approximately 150 different wines, including some that are highly sought after by sommeliers in Moscow.

Cocktails and events have also been considered. However, here, they are not the central focus, but rather a natural extension of the experience. On Fridays and Saturdays, there are two different formats: from 8:00 PM, there are DJ sets featuring modern French music, and from 11:00 PM, there are cocktails and stylish dancing.

In conclusion, a reimagined space is opening on Kuznetsky Most, one that strives for authenticity and honesty with its guests. Simply France, simply "Les Français."
