About

A modern Italian restaurant with a unique approach and three specializations: a variety of risottos, slow-cooked meat dishes for sharing, and pasta "cacio e pepe" served inside a wheel of cheese.

Our founders wanted to create a cozy, intimate space with Italian cuisine, a place where you can come with a loved one or friend and enjoy the atmosphere, the food, and the wine. They are very fond of "cacio e pepe" pasta, so we have a special area in the restaurant dedicated to its preparation. We also focus on two things: risottos (with 8 different varieties on the menu) and slow-cooked meat dishes for sharing (all dishes for sharing are prepared in front of the guests), which are cooked for a long time to achieve a particularly tender and flavorful result. In the restaurant, you'll find a small wine room, which has already become popular among our guests. Alina Kuzmenko is responsible for the wine list, and she has curated a selection of the most unique and interesting wines to delight even the most discerning guests.

"Forchetta" means "fork" in Italian. For us, this word has become a symbol of the beginning. A fork marks not only the start of a meal, but also the mood of the evening, the conversation, and the pleasure of being at the table.
