You probably know us and our team from the Georgian restaurant "Khochu Puri." We are true professionals with extensive experience in Georgian cuisine. Led by head chef Avaz Makhkamov, we travel extensively throughout Georgia, drawing inspiration from the flavors, culture, and hospitality.

Our khinkali dumplings have become so beloved by our guests in the 22 cities where we operate that they wait in line for them, are passionate about them, and devour them down to the very last bit of dough. The dough, the meat, and the abundant broth – it's familiar, understandable, satisfying, and always delicious, right down to the "tail."
