FLORINSKIY

"FLORINSKIY" is a city bistro located in a 19th-century mansion that once belonged to the entrepreneur P.M. Florinskiy. The architecture and design reflect an eclectic style. It offers comfort food with a conceptual twist.

FLORINSKIY BISTRO is situated in a 19th-century mansion that belonged to P.M. Florinskiy, who owned ready-to-wear clothing stores in Yekaterinburg. Life here was once peaceful and bourgeois. The surviving building is part of a former estate. The second floor is richly decorated in the style of traditional Russian wooden architecture, while the first floor is made of brick with a more understated finish. The architecture of the building embodies an eclectic style. The designers incorporated this into the interior design, respecting the heritage while looking towards the future. We preserve history and give it new life. The patterns on the walls highlight the antique stucco work on the ceilings. The variety of textures and details capture the eye, while the muted colors create a deep and immersive atmosphere.

The interior design was created by the IDEA DESIGN studio. Most of the work was done by Ural craftsmen. The "Lilac" panel, made of glazed ceramics, was created by the ceramist Rina Valliulina. All the macrame elements were created by the textile artist Ksenia Yakusheva. The painting "Fortune Telling" is the work of the young Ural artist Dallyana Streltsova. Dallyana's works are warm, sincere, and slightly ironic depictions of women, conveying a love for traditional Russian village life. The project also features textile lamps and panels from the Estonian brand Vronski, delicate ceramic pieces by Natalia Makarova, and antique copper pitchers carefully selected from flea markets in Germany.

Just as in the architecture, the interior design of "Florinskiy" emphasizes eclecticism in the menu. The Urals are a blend of cultures, nationalities, and traditions. Here, Europe and Asia are seamlessly combined. It offers comfort food with a conceptual twist. You can find several different styles. For those who prefer a balanced diet, there are vegetables. There are also dishes for "ordinary Ural residents": hearty, delicious, and familiar. The gourmet crowd, always seeking new flavors and culinary experiences, and appreciating excellent cuisine, has also been catered to. The team's goal is to provide enjoyment for everyone.
