A unique, almost futuristic spin on the fine dining experience! Using the online ticketing system in advance, you pick one of the two eight-course set menus – "Red Dimensions" with fish and meat, or the vegetarian "Green Dimensions" – and choose your drinks. Those who want add-ons can order either menu in the variants "Exclusive Dinner", "Champagne Dinner" or "Sommelier Dinner". During the 2hr "Eatrenalin Experience", on ultra-modern "floating chairs", you are guided through rooms with differently themed worlds, where tailored appetisers and dishes are served. Renowned chef Peter Hagen-Wiest is the culinary director behind this extraordinary concept that constantly incorporates ideas from star colleagues. The result is modern, creative dishes inspired by international influences and made with top-quality ingredients for perfectly balanced flavour. A case in point is "Umami – Asia's fifth dimension": black cod, Japanese consommé, spring onion, radish, and duck gyoza, chives, shiitake. The evening is clearly structured and seamlessly organised, ending with refined drinks in the bar.
