Part of Hotel Bell Rock, this beacon of gastronomy at Europa-Park is located in a lighthouse. The decor is refined and timelessly elegant – sheer organza curtains in shimmering gold and warm tones lend the circular room an intimate feel and a sense of calm. Seated in stylish armchairs at exquisitely set tables, diners enjoy attentive and adept service provided by a well-coordinated team. Chef Peter Hagen-Wiest presents two eight-course set menus: "Around the World" and the vegetarian "Green Forest". Both reflect his cosmopolitan outlook and, at the same time, his ties to the region. Dishes such as "Arctic char, barley, bacon" or "Breton red mullet, foie gras, lemon" reveal complex and beautifully balanced compositions unlike those encountered every day. The quality of the ingredients is beyond question. Well-curated wine selection and interesting pairings.
