Alexei Kostygov, who previously worked with renowned chefs Alain Ducasse and Adrian Ketglas, has created the perfect pairings for the Degustore wine list: "Mini-burger with slow-cooked beef cheeks," "Smoked duck with ricotta on onion bread," "Venison tartare with beetroot pesto and smoked sulguni," and more than ten other appetizers, priced from 85 to 390 rubles per serving.

The main menu features classic dishes with a modern twist: "Burrata salad with marinated tomatoes" (650 rubles), "Cheese soup with apple" (480 rubles), "Duck with risotto and pumpkin in coconut milk" (640 rubles), and "Hanger steak," also known as "butcher's steak" (950 rubles).

For early visitors to the Tishinka Gastro Hall, Degustore offers a special breakfast menu: "Ricotta pancakes with homemade cherry jam and sour cream," "Buckwheat pancakes with mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil pesto," "Potato pancakes with salmon, poached egg, and sour cream," and "Belgian waffle with bacon, poached egg, and tomatoes." Breakfast is served daily from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
