The Cristal restaurant is distinguished by its unique interpretation of familiar dishes. The concept was developed with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant, with a nearly 360-degree panoramic view, can accommodate up to 300 guests and is located on Sinopskaya Embankment. Cristal is housed in a two-story, circular building overlooking the Neva River, the Alexander Nevsky Bridge, and the Holy Trinity Alexander Nevsky Lavra. Our restaurant's pride is its large aquasystem, home to live scallops, oysters, sea urchins, crabs, and mussels. We recommend trying the flavorful ceviche of dorade with green asparagus and shiso sauce, the carpaccio of salmon with citrus sauce and Parmesan, or the scallops with edamame and ponzu sauce. The Cristal restaurant is distinguished by its unique interpretation of familiar dishes. We invited Valery Poryadin, a recipient of numerous culinary awards, to be the project's head chef.
