Born in St. Petersburg, graduated from the College of Tourism and Hospitality in 2013, specializing in food technology. In his free time, he engages in sports, reads a lot of culinary literature, and experiments with new flavor combinations. Over the past 1.5 years, he has become increasingly interested in wine culture, particularly terroir wines from Eastern Europe, attends wine tastings, and is expanding his food pairing skills.
